Jan Van Blarcum, is the founder of Creative Tutors and a child of an Army Veteran.  Jan’s husband Bill is also a part of the armed forces and is a Reservist Navy Captain in the JAG Core.

We are proud to announce that Creative Tutors has been accepted into the G I Jobs Military Franchise Program.  Only 10% of the franchise industry has been asked to participate.  Military Veterans are twice as likely to operate their own business as non veterans are, according to census data.  In fact, one in seven businesses is owned by a  military veteran.
